Large Hadron Collider at CERN

 

 

The Large Hadron Collider, or LHC, is the most powerful particle accelerator created by humans (yet, that is). It was build by CERN in Europe to help discover why objects have mass, and will also look for micro black holes, magnetic monopoles, and more.
